You are on the right track. After you get 2500g, you'll need to group it into groups of 100g (since the price is based on every 100g).
So 2500 ÷ 100 = 25
So there are 25 groups that costs $0.90 each. So total cost is:
0.9 is also 9/10
So 25 × 0.9 = 25 × 9 ÷ 10
= 225 ÷ 10
= 22.5
So Raju paid $22.50 for the grapes
