When there are less workers, more time is needed to complete the job, when there are more workers, less time is needed to complete the job. Similarly, when the job is completed in a fewer number of hours, more workers is needed to finish it faster, and when the job is completed in a longer number of hours, less workers is needed to finish it slower.
