The calculation seems to be correct. could it be the question that is asking for sth else? or maybe can share the ans thats written in the book?
And also there is a mistake in your working:
you should write as (10a+6b)(b-3a)
not 10a + 6b(b-3a)

Thanks for the guidance. Ans in the book is -15a (power of 2)-8ab+6b (power of 2) . Unable to attach photo in this page to you :). Was puzzle how to get that ans

Your answer is correct. Consider expanding the terms in bracket first... to work with smaller numbers
