I’ve drawn a tree diagram based on the information given in the question. Since the question asks for exactly one faulty lens, you can deduce a few cases to consider.

First would be AF, BNF
which stands for A faulty, B not faulty.
After calculating this case, you would need to x2! to account for the fact that the not faulty B lens may have been picked out before the faulty A lens.

Second case would be BF, ANF
which stands for B faulty, A not faulty.
The method of calculation for this will be the same as the previous case. Remember to x2! to account for the fact that the not faulty A lens may have been picked out before the faulty B lens.
