Hens : Ducks : Difference = 4 : 3 : 1
After
Hens : Ducks : Difference = 6 : 5 : 1
2u = 50
u = 25
Total number of hens and ducks at the end = 25×11 = 275

So before buying the hens there are 4u. After buying 50 hens there are 6u. So the hens increase by 2u.
