1. List down ratio of Team A : Team B+C : Total
2. List down ratio of Team B : Team C
3. Make team B & C same unit (5+4=9 units)
4. Then Team B = 6 units - 3
5. Equate 6 units - 3 to 5 units, find 1 unit.
6. Compute total of 15 units
