The difference of unshaded part are same.
Make it to the same.
3:1(different=3-1=2) → 15:5 (10)
7:2 (different=7-2=5)→ 14:4 (10)
Shaded part = 1u
1u = 20 cm²
Square area = 5u = 5,×20= 100
Length of square = √100 = 10 cm
