1) Find the full circumference of a circle.
2) Notice that the figure has 3 quadrants.
3) Take 3/4 of the circumference of circle.
4) notice that the figure has 2 radius of 14cm each.
5) Add the perimeter of the circumference of the 3 quadrants and the 2 radius and you will get 94cm for the figure's perimeter.
