y-1 = ± 4

times "(x-4)(x+1)" at both side
7 +(x+5)(x+1) = 6(x-4)(x+1)
6(x² - 3x - 4) - (x²+6x+5) - 7
= (6-1)x² - (18+6)x -(24+5+7)
= 5x² - 24x - 36
= (5x+6)(x-6)
x₁ = 6
x₂ = -⁶⁄₅
