You should disagree. Remainder and factor theorem are only valid when the function is a polynomial. The definition of a polynomial is a function involving only positive integer powers of a variable. Since f(x) contains x√x which is x^1.5, f(x) is not a polynomial. Hence remainder theorem cannot be used in this situation
