The answer is 4 because one of the bulbs is not connected properly

Answer: 1

The tip of U is not connected. The wire is connected to the metal case. The metal case is an electrical conductor so it acted as a wire.

S and T are connected properly with the wire, thus, they can still light up

Therefore, the answer is 1.

As Bulb V and Bulb T are in series. When V fuses, T will not light up and hence there is short circuit and ALL will NOT light up.

The orange arrows are the electric current that flows through the circuit.
After bulb S, there is 2 paths for the electric current to flow through the circuit. Since bulb V fused, the electric current will choose another path towards bulb T, and so bulbs T and U will receive the electric current. Therefore, none of the bulbs fuses.
