I hope this helps :) I wrote some notes in the answer to better illustrate my points, there’s likely better and faster ways to do this but i believe this is one of the easier methods to understand where you start counting from a common time, in this case 0945 and adjust the distance accordingly :)

An alternative method and way to think as the distances in graph form but I would highly recommend Jia Earn Lim's answer especially during exams.
