substitute t=π/3 to find intersection point of C & l.

for lower shaded region, easier to calculate as area of triangle.

for upper shaded region, do parametric integration.
quite messy expression involved.
use product-to-sum & double angle formulas to convert to a form that you can integrate.

verified that answer corresponds with numerical value obtained by GC.
