First step when doing HCF or LCM, you have to break down all the given numbers into the product of its prime factors. For me, I always use the ladder method to help break the numbers down.
From the HCF, you can infer that
1) Between 2352 and the given number, there are two 2s in common. So, d must be 2.
2) Between 2352 and the given number, there are two 7s in common. So, e must be 2.
Therefore, d=2, e=2
