The first thing you should do is to list down the multiples of 9 and 12 :)
When you list down the multiples of 9, it means that Bus A arrives every 9 minutes (1:09pm.. 1:18pm.. etc)
Find the common multiple of 9 and 12 like i did in the photo, then add it to the time!
