It can also be solved easily by algebra in sec1 by assuming casey’s speed = X and Jon’s speed = (X +23), then you would have equation 5 (X) = 4 (X +23) and get X =92, where you can calculate PQ = 5X = 460 and PR = 2 PQ = 920 (km)
