Coffee is 60% before and 40% after.
Using LCM, set coffee to be 12u. (So coffee units remain constant before and after)
Before ->
Coffee : Tea
12u : 8u
After ->
Coffee : Tea
12u : ?u
Since after 12u -> 40%, Tea -> 18u
Increase in Tea in percentage = (18-8)/8 X 100% = 125%
