Use ratio
JH : K = 3 :1
Then
JH : K = 4 :1

So, you made JH to same unit (12)

Using Units, at first,
JH has 3 Units and Ken has 1 Unit. number of stamps.

3 Units = (1 Unit - 24) * 4
3 Units = 4 Units - 96
1 Unit = 96

Hope that helps!
