Hi teachers. Answer is provided but could I ask why 1/4 of solution from Beaker A becomes 3 units and not 4 units? Highlight in pink. Thank you!

Cause ¼ of solution pour to other, left ¾ = 3u = 120 ml

Beaker A have 4u.
When he poured ¼ into breaker C.
Beaker A left with 3u
3u → 120 ml
1u → 40 ml
