Answer = 3 days × 8 hours = 24 hours?
24 Sailor→ 100 dress → 10 day
24 Sailor→ 10 dress → 1 day
24 Sailor→ 40 dress → 4 day
Balance (note: less sailor more days)
24 Sailor→ 60 dress → 6 day
4 Sailor→ 60 dress → 36 day
16 Sailor→ 60 dress → 9 day
Therefore, need 9-6=3 days more
= 3 × 8 hours
= 24 hours.

Strange.. The question is probably wrong. The tailors would've already completed all 100 dress in 10 days. 8 of the tailors only got food poisoning after 10 days
