You are correct already.

3x = 2y

We "cross-divide" the expressions. Look up the internet to see what cross-multiplication and cross-division is all about.

x/y = 2/3
x : y = 2 : 3

(b)

3x/5 = 4y/7
21x/35 = 20y/35
21x = 20y

Cross-dividing,
x/y = 20/21
x : y = 20 : 21

Try on your own the remaining two in a similar way, but first convert them into fractions of the same denominator like what you did.

(c) final answer is 10 : 3
(d) final answer is 1 : 2
