Adding travel fare, and surcharges for late night transport and extra passengers (+3 adults), total travel fare is $81. For (c), since we intend to split the family into pairs, there’s no need to pay a surcharge for extra passengers. Hence, we simply double our travel and late night surcharges (using Maxicab’s fee structure) to find that total cost is 144, making this option more expensive. Please note that since the fee structure for regular taxi services wasn’t included in the photo, I haven’t factored this in. It’s possible that this option is cheaper than what maxicab offers.
