You could try using models such that 2/3 of local stamps are sized the same as 3/4 of foreign stamps. This should help you visualize the question better and it’s alright as a substitute for the algebraic solution!

Since 2units is suppose to be the same amount as 3units, we make the numerator of the fractions they same. The denominator of the fraction represents the total number of units for the stamps. From there, you can find the difference between local and foreign stamps which is only 1unit. Hence, 1unit is 10 stamps
