Express the fractions into ratio for ease of comparing the changes.

The change is within Hansel's Total and Sherman's Total independantly with no comparison between them. The only link the number of blue stickers given by Hansel to Sherman. Hence, solve the problem part by part.

Understand that the change in number of blue stickers for each person will affect his total number of stickers.
