Observe that all three triangles in the figure (excluding the one formed using dotted line h) share the came perpendicular height h.

This means that ratio of the areas of the triangles will depend solely on the ratio of the bases of the triangles.

Area of PQR = 0.5 x QR x h
Area of PQS = 0.5 x QS x h

Area ratio PQR : PQS
= (0.5 x QR x h) : (0.5 x QS x h)
= QR : QS (this was what I meant earlier)
= 5 : 7

So, percentage value
= 5/7 x 100%
= 71.42857...%
