For this question, you are able to form a relationship with y and m and y and t in the same equation. After that is just subbing in values.

For this question it is best to expand out fully so you can prove that since 25, -5 and 20 are all multiples of 5, the entire expression is divisible by 5 for all real values of x which includes x more than or equals 2 rather than putting it into equality form which will make it hard to prove.
