Regular polygon: all sides are equal, all angles are equal
Hence, since AB is a common side for both polygons, it means sides of BOTH polygons are of same length.

Hence, IB = BC (BIC is an sosceles triangle)
You have figured out angle IBC = 27 deg.
Angle BIC = angle BCI = (180 - 27)/2 = 76.5 deg.
