For speed calculation.
For the same distance = D
Walking take 3 mins
Speed = D/3
Running take 1.25 mins
Speed = D/1.25
Ratio
Run : walk = D/1.25 : D/3
= 1/1.25 : 1/3
All multiply by 3.75 (1.25×3)
= 3 : 1.25
= 300 : 125
All divide by 25
= 12 : 5
