Actually for part ii it just requires substitution of the smallest positive integer of m from the range of m obtained in part ii into the original equations to find the point of intersection. You will need to exclude the other inequality as m needs to be more than 0 for this question since we are finding a positive integer. part i is more challenging if you struggle with solving inequalities.
