This question, concept to solve:
The difference remain unchanged.
Ratio at 1st
Sport : Art : difference
= 4 : 1 : (4-1)=3

Ratio after same number(60) of members joined in, the difference still remain same.
Sport : Art : difference
= 3 : 2 : (3-2)=1 ← we have to make this difference to 3
So, all time 3
Sport : Art : difference
= 9 : 6 : (9-6)=3

So now, you can use sport club or Art club unit to do calculation.
I will use sport club,
After (9u) - before (4u) = 60
5u = 60
1u = 12

Art club in the end
= 6u
= 6 × 12
= 72 members.
