I drew out the tiles and tried to figure out the pattern. I realised no matter how many tiles I add, the sides of this rectangle is always 4 x 2.
Since they’re placed in a row, the length on top of the rectangle = length on bottom of the rectangle, so I just multiply by 2.
I also realised that the number of tiles is equal to the number of times I multiply the side of the square to get the length of the rectangle.
