The RADIUS for big semicircle is 21 cm, therefore, diameter for big semicircle = 21×2 =42 cm

Hence, diameter for small semicircle = 42 ÷ 3
= 14 cm

Radius = 14 ÷ 2 = 7 cm.

Hope this clear your doubts.
