a. Fraction of red marbles at first = 1 - 1/9 × 5/3 - 5/9 × 4/5 = 10/27 (Ans)
b. Fraction for 54 red marbles = 10/27 - 3/9 = 1/27 = 54/1458
(5/9 - 4/9) × 1458 = 162 (Ans)
b. Fraction for 54 red marbles = 10/27 - 3/9 = 1/27 = 54/1458
(5/9 - 4/9) × 1458 = 162 (Ans)
Total unchanged. Work backwards.
