Since the denominator cannot be factorized, you need to simplify it such that it can cancel out with either (a+3b) or (a-3b).
To do this, look at the 2a² at the denominator. To convert the 2a² to a, just divide it by 2a.
To obtain the 3b, do reverse multiplication (3b x 2a) = 6ab. Therefore, since the original question was -ab, you need to + 5ab to balance the equation.
Do the same thing for the -15b² and the 5ab.
