both are correct ...

using identity (sinx)^2+(cosx)^2=1

-((cosx)^2)/2+c1
= -(1-(sinx)^2)/2+c1
= ((sinx)^2)/2-1/2+c1
= ((sinx)^2)/2+c2 , where c2 = c1-1/2
therefore, the 2 expressions are equivalent.

note that the 2 'c's in the 2 expressions in the question do not represent the same constant.
