Note: if you express the profit in terms of x or z instead, you will find that their coeffs are positive and hence you would want to take the max x or z value which will work out to the same x,y,z values.

Further note: this makes perfect sense as Car C makes more profit than Car B and uses less of each of the materials. So you would always rather produce more of C rather than B.
A does not have such an easy direct comparison.
