My math is a little rusty, but if I am not wrong, then:
The graph changes based on (2sin3x-4cos3x)^2. The minimum is when 2sin3x-4cos3x = 0, because then y= 4 + 5(0) = 4. Hence, you just need to solve for 2sin3x-4cos3x=0. You get tan3x=2. 3x=arctan(2), x = arctan(2)/3
