With many possibilities, we simply convert denominator 13 to other denominators like 26, 39, 52 and so on like AC Lim did.
Easiest is 26.
8/13 = 16/26
9/13 = 18/26
What is between 16 and 18? 17.
17/26 is one way out for this question.
