You can also use moles, but this is faster. Moles steps:
1. Moles of NaHCO3 in 25.2g = p
2. NaHCO3 : Na2CO3 = 2 : 1
3. So moles Na2CO3 = p/2
4. Calculate mass of Na2CO3

But why i got is NaCO3 has 0.15/2 moles. Then times mr, i got 7.95 g?

Moles of Na2CO3 is 0.15... not 0.15÷ 2. Note the moles of NaHCO3 is 0.3.
