Star can be 96 or 98.
That symbol is approximate symbol, but I have to look very very carefully to realise this.
EDIT: 97 or 99 is also possible. As long as star is 90 or more, the result after division will be 50 when rounded off to the nearest 10.

Always remember that the 2 numbers provided can be inverted
for example
∆x4=24
∆=24÷4= 6
for example
∆x4=24
∆=24÷4= 6
