Whr do u get -2sin? I cant get it :(

Differentiate cos you get negative sin.
Differentiate its angle of 2x, you get 2.
Therefore, the result of d/dx (cos 2x) = -2sin 2x.

Wait u said must differentiate 2 times without trigo . I did that but i only get 0 if i differentiate 2x twice . And if i were to differentiate it once i will get 2 . But why is there still 2x in the eq?
