Sorry. I don't understand how 1 side of the square is 42 cm when its a straight line and all the squares are of different size. Could you please help explain further? It'll be a great help.

See 1 Answer

3m=300cm
1 side of the squares=42cm
All 4 sides of the squares=42×4=168cm
Remaining length=300-168=132cm=1m32cm
The remaining length is 1m32cm.
