Here, I will show you assumption method.
Assumed all are answer correctly,
Total mark = 38 × 5 = 190
Mark extra = 190 - 86 = 104
Now, if he answer wrongly, minus 3 marks. So total deducted will be
= 3 + 5 (which if correct answered)
= 8
Therefore, number of answer wrongly
=104 ÷ 8
= 13.
