Here you just have to manoeuvre around and alternate your angles between theta and 90 - theta considering the various right angles and right angled triangles.
(Triangle PRQ)
PRQ = 180 - 90 - RPQ = 90 - theta
(Right-angle URQ in the rectangle)
PRU = 90 - PRQ = theta
(Right-angle PRS in triangle PRS)
URS = 90 - PRU = 90 - theta
(Triangle USR)
USR = 180 - 90 - URS = theta
PRQ = 180 - 90 - RPQ = 90 - theta
(Right-angle URQ in the rectangle)
PRU = 90 - PRQ = theta
(Right-angle PRS in triangle PRS)
URS = 90 - PRU = 90 - theta
(Triangle USR)
