a) i) Median is the value of the 50th percentile. Drawing lines gives the value as 24 minutes.
ii) 60th percentile corresponds to 28 minutes delay.
iii) Interquartile percentile range is the difference between 25th and 75th percentiles. (36-16 = 20)
iv) 90 flights were less than 50 or 50 minutes late. So the remaining 10 flights were more than 50 minutes late.

Let E be the even of choosing a flight less than 10 min late.
n(E) : No of flights less than 10 min late = 10
n(S) : Total number of flights = 100
Probability that a random flight was less than 10 min late = No of flights less than 10 min late / Total number of flights.
p(E) = n(E) / n(S) = 10/100 = 0.1
