a(x-h) ² + k
= a•x² - 2ah•x + ah²+k
= 2•x² - 10•x + m
compare the coefficent / constant
x² → a = 2
x → 2ah = 10 ⇨ h = 2.5
ah²+k = (2)×(2.5)² + k = 12.5+k = m
k = m - 12.5
y = 2•(x - 2.5) ² + m-12.5 --- (Ans)
