Remind me to do part b later, but the idea is for us to express sin^3 x as

(sin x) (1 - cos^2 x)

or simply

sin x - sin x (cos x)^2

where the expression above integrates to something like

- cos x + [(cos x)^3 / 3]

An expression of the form f’x times [f(x)]^n can be integrated into the form [f(x)]^(n + 1), whole thing divided by (n + 1).
