d² = - 25 × ⁴⁄₉
= - (5 × ⅔)² → negative number
∴ no real solutions

15(a) factorization
2q² - 11q + 12 = 3×6 = 18
2q² - 11q - 6 = 0
(2q + 1)•(q - 6) = 0

do take note: always try to simplify it into a (__)(__) format! after expanding the brackets, shift everything from the left hand side to the right hand side , so that left hand side would be equals to 0 :)
