I think that any option with q is wrong since it's says protect the heart only. Focusing on only which isn't true since it also protects other things
rib cage protects the lungs as well. So Q is definitely wrong when it says "protects heart ONLY"

Q is incorrect because the rib cage does not protect *only* the heart, it protects all internal organs within the abdomen (heart, lungs etc).
