Bacteria size is very small (1 to 2 microns typically. 1 micron is 1×10^-6 m or 1 millionth of a metre), so you'll need a microscope to see it (invisible to the naked eye)
Bacteria are everywhere, you'll find them on most surfaces and on/inside organisms

The most famous 'good' bacteria known might be L. casei, which is the primary ingredient in your probiotic drinks like Yakult, Vitagen, etc.
